Group Fitness Class Schedule
If you want choreographed fun, we have Pound – Cardio Drumming. If you want hard hitting martial arts, we have Body Combat. If you want simple to follow, effective and fun, we’ve got that too!
Although we do offer some choreographed classes, the majority of our classes are taught utilizing the Rest Based Training (RBT) method. That is, we set a timer, offer you various levels, and then you do as many repetitions as you can during that time, resting as needed. No choreography, no fancy footwork, no confusion. Just good, old body changing, life improving, awe-inspiring exercise.
