Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
16 oz salmon fillets

2 avocados, diced
¼ red onion, diced
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

In a large bowl, mix the first four ingredients. Coat the salmon fillets and allow to marinate in the refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Grill the salmon on high heat for two to three minutes on each side.

In a separate bowl, stir together salsa ingredients.

Serve the salmon topped with the salsa.
