Our goal in each and every one of our group exercise classes is to provide our members with the most well-designed, beneficial, results-focused, and fun experience possible. We want you to leave feeling encouraged, successful and happy!

At SNW Fitness we understand that walking into a room of super fit, young bodies can be overwhelming and demoralizing. That is why we design our classes with the beginner in mind. All of our classes are taught at multiple levels. We teach from the bottom up, offering levels for the beginner first and then progressing it for those who have been at it for a while. All the while, we continuously encourage the beginners to keep challenging themselves at their level.

Group Fitness Classes

If you want choreographed dancing, we have Zumba. If you want hard hitting martial arts, we have Body Combat. If you want simple to follow, effective and fun, we’ve got that too!

Although we do offer some choreographed classes, the majority of our classes are taught utilizing the Rest Based Training (RBT) method. That is, we set a timer, offer you various levels, and then you do as many repetitions as you can during that time, resting as needed. No choreography, no fancy footwork, no confusion. Just good, old body changing, life improving, awe-inspiring exercise.

WE ARE NOT A GYM – WE ARE A COMMUNITY

In most gyms, people who have had very little training teach classes. We are different. Each of our classes are taught by people who have either been certified in their specific specialty or are a certified Personal Trainer. If an exercise is contraindicated for you (i.e. if you are recovering from a rotator cuff injury, push ups would not be wise), the trainer in the class will give you options that are right for your body. Our trainers are experts in human movement and fun!

The added bonus of Group Exercise is unparalleled camaraderie. With a bunch of like-minded individuals in the room, you are sure to make life-long friendships, spend time laughing and be inspired to rise to the level of someone a little further on in their journey.
