New Class: Burn it Up!

Introducing Derek Turgeon. Derek is a personal trainer who has joined us here at SNW. Some of you have had the opportunity to meet Derek with his encouraging, high-spirited motivational style. Come check out his inaugural class with us: Burn it Up. This cardio class is sure to burn calories, strengthen your heart and lungs, improve your ability to absorb and utilize oxygen, and of course trim your body. Get ready to enjoy a Tabata style class that is sure to challenge your body and not your coordination. You will do a combination of basic movements like quick feet, football shuffle, jumping jacks, and many others with modifications for all levels of fitness.

Burn it Up begins on Wednesday, January 11th at 6:00 pm with a four-week introductory session. It is 45 minutes of heart pumping, calorie blasting fitness. The class will fill up quickly. Call for details and to register: (231) 750-2525.
