Yoga has many benefits including flexibility, strength, relaxation, focus, and balance. The trouble is often that it is too confusing, moves too fast or is too challenging to get into the poses (asanas). Our Gentle Yoga class is none of these.
Gentle Yoga is designed to be safe, effective and achievable by all. It moves at a slower pace with less positional changes allowing for freedom of movement, improved range of motion and success.
We are pleased to introduce Sandy Hutchins as our resident Yogi. She guides the participants through setting their intention for the day, loosening up tight muscles and joints, improving balance, and calming the mind. You don’t want to miss out!
The class is one hour and is available:
Sundays at 5:30 pm
Mondays at 5:00 am
Fridays at 9:00 am
