Semi-Private Personal Training
Do you enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others? Do you prefer to have the focus of you own trainer but don’t have the financial resources to do it privately?
With Semi-Private training, you get many of the same benefits of private training but in a small group setting. You and up to three of your friends workout at the same time with one trainer. The focus is on working toward your specific goals as well as the groups collective goals.
