It’s spring time! That means fresh berries salads! This salad promises the beginning of warmer, brighter days to come. Fresh berries, creamy feta cheese, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette (super easy!) make this a must eat this spring, either as a side salad or a main dish. Just top with some grilled chicken and it’s a full meal!

14 oz. Mixed Baby Greens
8 oz Strawberries
8 oz Blackberries – Raw
3 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Mustard
1/4 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
