Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that we use today for many wonderful benefits. It has been well researched and found to be very beneficial for improving many health outcomes such as better balance, improved mood and reduction in arthritic pain.
It is a flow of martial arts movements that are strung together to create an enjoyable, simple and rejuvenating workout. In this workshop we will work through the first section of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall prevention developed by the amazing Dr. Paul Lam. Come prepared to be introduced to the concepts and initial movements in this extraordinary health and fitness program. It is good for all ages, fitness levels and walks of life. My goal in this program is to help you to see a clear, simple and enjoyable way to find a healthy life balance through movement!
